Alex Troy
Born in High Beech, Essex in 1941, Alex Troy grew up on the tropical island of Trinidad and in the Port City of Hamburg Germany, where he saw first hand the hardship of life and the tenacity and ambition it takes to survive. He studied classical literature at Oxford, worked in Dublin and Belfast in the 1970s, then in the Middle East and Africa. Father of three and now retired in Kent he pursues his interest in painting, fiction, and his border terrier Agatha.
