Isabelle Ganz

Born in 1982 in Basel, Isabelle Ganz’s path led her to various countries after completing her law studies. Often working in performance-driven environments, she felt the need to suppress her playful side. A sabbatical in 2023, spent in India and Peru, rekindled this well-guarded part of her being. Creativity and trust in childlike spontaneity were reignited – fully – along with the freedom to give imagination room to flourish and to explore new horizons. Today, Isabelle Ganz helps companies expand their ideas with empathy, strategic sensitivity, and a healthy dose of childlike curiosity, always aiming to build sustainable connections. She wears many hats – entrepreneur, impact investor, author, strategist and lawyer, – drawing strength and inspiration from the diversity of these roles.
