Dr. Sonja Maria Tegischer is a specialist in internal medicine, a passionate storyteller, and adoring grandmother. These stories were born from tender moments with her grandsons Elias and Jonas, who also contributed some of the illustrations for the book. Her wish is to inspire people to embrace unity, courage, and a mindful love for nature.

Johanna, a gifted young illustrator, is twelve years old and lives in Burgenland with her family and two cats.
She has loved drawing for as long as she can remember, especially bringing faces to life and pouring her imagination onto paper with great attention to detail.
This book marks her very first major illustration project — where she could give free rein to her creativity.
